Whistle Sightings Choked On the Throat of Asep Boy
Monitor Utama. The shoe decoration whistle choked by Asep Yaya (9) was successfully appointed by the medical team of Hasan Sadikin Hospital (RSHS) Bandung. The small size whistle was removed using an endoscopic technique. This is how it looks.
Asep came to RSHS Bandung on Wednesday (12/19) afternoon. But the new appointment process was held on Thursday (12/20/2018) at around 08.00 WIB. The appointment process takes less than one hour.
Head of RSHS Bandung ENT-KL Health Sciences KSM Lina Lasminingrum said the shoe whistle choked into the main branch of the left bronchi. The process of lifting is done through the windpipe.
He said the X-ray results did not show the position of the shoe whistle. However, the sound that comes out when breathing Asep gives the doctor's team instructions for the appointment process.
"It is not swallowing, but choking. If you swallow it doesn't sound. Fortunately, the whistle has a sound, it says itself gives us direction where it is. We just use endoscopy," said Lina at RSHS Bandung, Jalan Pasteur.
The doctor showed a small size whistle choking on Asep Yaya's boy.
The 2-centimeter shoe whistle is 18 centimeters deep. The white whistle made of plastic lodged in the Asep airway for two months. Lucky does not interfere with Asep's breathing.
"Actually because the whistle is small so it doesn't cover the breath fully. Unless the whistle closes the left airway, there may be a problem in the lungs," Lina said.
